What
makes Joshua a hero?
- · Joshua became the leader of God’s people after Moses had
died.
- · Joshua was told to destroy the wicked city of Jericho.
- · Joshua and his people were told to destroy it by marching
around and around the city walls.
- · God’s people were confused and didn’t know how they could
possibly win a battle just by marching but Joshua trusted God.
- · Joshua gave the signal the everyone let out a great shout
of praise to God, the earth shook, and the city walls came crashing down!
