“Peace
to this house.”
Luke 10:1-12, 17-20
I
guess there is nothing worse than something or someone disturbing our peace and
when it does it is terrible, and you can’t figure out why? But in that moment,
you must learn to be strong, let it go and give it to God because we all
deserve and hope to live with peace in our hearts and in our lives. I suppose
that is easy said than done but believe me with experience and practice it
becomes easier to do because sometimes it’s not worth the fight or the
argument.
I
truly believe peace, we have Women of Faith and Hope, a peace which was left
for each one of us.
So,
may the peace of God reign in your hearts forever Colossians 3:15. Because
peace is something we all desire and hope to acquire someday even now in the
present moment. How important is peace in our lives? Peace is very important,
we need peace for our wellbeing, it helps to build unity, to keep a world
balanced and safe, and brings happiness and freedom between all people and
countries.
James
3:17-18
Whereas
the wisdom that comes down from above is essentially something pure; it also
makes for peace and is kindly and considerate; it is full of compassion and
shows itself by doing good; nor is there any trace of partiality or hypocrisy
in it.
Peacemakers,
when they work for peace, sow the seeds which will bear fruit in holiness.
Now
that we have decided to follow our hearts that is where we shall find God’s
peace. A peace greater than we could ever understand or imagine, a peace that
would guard our hearts and our thoughts Philippians 4:7.
Maybe
we challenge ourselves this week to speak words of peace to ourselves and to
one another. That is what this week’s Gospel is about not allowing anything or
anyone to disturb our peace, God’s peace that rests upon us as we go out, to do
good for others and to make a difference in the world.
Ephesians
6:15
Wearing
for shoes on your feet the eagerness to spread the Gospel of peace.

God Bless Always, Women of Faith and Hope.

P.S.
Remember,
God’s love and peace reign in our hearts and his message and words live deeply
within us. Basically, we can conquer anything so rejoice! ‘For our names are
written in heaven.’
